HUCE strives to build an environment of teaching and learning, in which the evaluation criteria of quality assessment of universities and training programs are made through the College’s activities, including:

-         Ensuring the standards of teaching, learning and scientific research are maintained and developed continuously.

-         Establishing and maintaining procedures for the College to meet the increasing demands of the society.

-         Organising activities relating to quality testing and education auditing.

-         Supporting departments and function offices in evaluating the effectiveness of all the units and the unit's contribution to the overall quality of the College.

-         Providing information for the units to improve the quality of their work.

-         Supporting departments in conducting program evaluation activities, which set out plans for quality improvement.

-         Providing documentation of quality assurance for the units in the College to operate an effective quality assurance.

-         Organising activities relating to testing and assessment, including assessment of learning and teaching in order to continuously improve the quality.
