Looking back on the academic year 2018-2019, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Anh Phuong – Rector of Hue University of Education affirmed that “Hue University of Education has achieved fruitful results in every fields, creating a firm foundation for the new development era of the University”
The academic year 2019-2020 is the year that Hue University determined to successfully implement the set objectives and tasks with the slogan “Standardize training programs, be professional in integration process and aim toward sustainable development” to create motivation for the University development in the coming years. The University strive to be one of the three key teacher training institutions of the country.
Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Anh Phuong congratulated 617 freshmen who was officially selected to the University and told them “Your presence here today reflected your determination and belief on the quality of Hue University of Education in particular and on the education sector in general. Be confident and move forward, the University is always accompanies and creates favorable conditions for you to be mature. This place will be the base to realize your dream and create your new life.
In the ceremony, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Linh – President of Hue University emphasized that the University of Education is a member of Hue University who play an major role in supplying high quality human resources for the country, is the only teacher training university in the country that solely offer teacher training. The President of Hue University wished that the University of Education would continue to maintain its role ad a key teacher training institution, continuously innovating to attract more students and fulling the mission of training high quality generations for the society.

In recognition of the achievements of students who have just passed the National High School Exam in 2019 and students who achieved the highest academic and training results in the academic years of 2018-2019, the University has commended and awarded certificates of merit and prizes for the students at the ceremony. On October 9, 2023, Hue University of Education signed a cooperation agreement with Skyline Education System (L.I.F.E Investment Joint Stock Company, Da Nang).
