In the remarks, Dr. Ha Viet Hai congratulated and hoped that the new students will soon adapt to the new environment, strive to study to achieve the best results, and become good engineers and researchers in an international environment

Representative of K15 students, Nguyen Minh Tai Loc expressed his honor and pride in becoming a student of the program and also promised to make maximum efforts in the near future to achieve the best results in learning, creating a future for themselves, and contributing to society.
Dr. Ha Viet Hai introduced an overview of the program, answered questions as well as helped new students and parents get an overview of the entire 5 years of study, thereby determining a plan to study for each individual.
The collaborative engineering training program employed the syllabus of INSA Center Val de Loire in which students will study 2 years at the University of Education, Hue University and the next 3 years at INSA Center Val de Loire or INSA Toulouse. The training program has confirmed its quality through 15 training batches, attracting the attention of candidates nationwide, especially candidates from gifted high schools.
This year, 25 new students of the program come from provinces such as Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Thua Thien Hue, Binh Dinh, Ho Chi Minh City. Of which, the number of candidates from gifted high schools accounts for nearly 90%.

On the morning of June 5, 2026, Hue University of Education, Hue University, solemnly held the 2026 Graduation and Degree Conferment Ceremony, awarding doctoral degrees to five PhD graduates who successfully completed their doctoral programs and master's degrees to 289 master's graduates, including one new PhD graduate from the Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR).
The Graduation Ceremony celebrated the graduates' academic and research achievements, as well as their intellectual growth and resilience, while reaffirming the University's commitment to excellence in postgraduate education.
