For the University of Education, the President of Hue University reaffirmed his confidence in the University's leadership by reappointing the members of the Board of Rectors from the 2020–2025 term to continue serving leadership positions for the new term. The appointments are as follows:
- Dr. Le Ho Son – Rector
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hung – Vice Rector
- Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan – Vice Rector
The reappointment of the University's leadership is not only a recognition of their leadership capacity, academic excellence, and outstanding contributions to the University's development, but also reflects Hue University's confidence in the Board of Rectors to lead the University of Education through its next stage of growth and sustainable development.
Building upon the University's achievements and guided by its educational philosophy of "Humanity – Liberality – Construction" the new Board of Rectors is expected to continue fostering unity, innovation, and creativity across the University community. Together with faculty, staff, and students, they will further strengthen the University's strategic development, enhance the quality of education, promote scientific research, expand international partnerships, and uphold the humanistic values of education.
As the University approaches seven decades of development, the University of Education will continue contributing to the advancement of Hue University as well as to the comprehensive reform of higher education in Vietnam. Faculty members, staff, and students place their confidence in the new Board of Rectors to lead the University with vision, integrity, responsibility, and dedication, while further enhancing its academic reputation and standing within Vietnam and the region.

On the morning of June 5, 2026, Hue University of Education, Hue University, solemnly held the 2026 Graduation and Degree Conferment Ceremony, awarding doctoral degrees to five PhD graduates who successfully completed their doctoral programs and master's degrees to 289 master's graduates, including one new PhD graduate from the Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR).
The Graduation Ceremony celebrated the graduates' academic and research achievements, as well as their intellectual growth and resilience, while reaffirming the University's commitment to excellence in postgraduate education.
