The project is a collaborative initiative among Monash University (Australia), Hue University of Education, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, and Vinh University of Education.

On October 9, 2023, Hue University of Education signed a cooperation agreement with Skyline Education System (L.I.F.E Investment Joint Stock Company, Da Nang).
Attending the Signing Ceremony, on behalf of Skyline Education System were MSc. Tong Thien Long - Chairman of the Board of Education; Principal of Sky-Line Junior and Senior High School, MSc. Hoang Thi Thu Hien - HR Specialist.

On October 2020, Hue University of Education was proud to receive SEAMEO School’s Network certificate in recognition for the University active contribution and participation in that regional network.
